What shall I make for dinner?

I have some swiss chard, broccoli, green onions, and cilantro that need to be eaten soon. We also have salsa and sour cream left over from nachos.

I have a pretty well stocked vegetarian kitchen and a pound of frozen ground turkey in the freezer.

Any ideas on what I should do with this for dinner?

The "planning ahead" function of my brain seems to be out of order today.

    what ever i have it will be easy to put together because im tired of cooking .. have plenty of leftovers in the fridge too ..maybe a chicken burger on a whole grain bread with all the fixin's on it

    Something easy is preferable. Anything that does NOT require turing the oven on is even more preferable because it's flippin' hot for Seattle today.

    Alright... I have a plan!

    I am going to make Chinese pancakes (http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2011/04/extra-flaky-scallion-pancakes-recipe.html) and a stir fry. My Mr. has been requesting meat since I've been doing a lot of vegetarian cooking lately, so I think I'll get chicken instead of tofu. Though he did ask for "red meat"... I guess we'll see what the beef looks like when I walk to the store.
