Short and I've swung between bloated, fat and skinny fat for most my life. Now I'm thirty and have a loving wife and a ridiculously active step-daughter. About time I got myself into better shape permanently, so far armed with a mini stepper, a Pulse, a cardio routine and trying to break my life long habit of inhaling food like a vacuum cleaner that has gained sentience and is trying to devour the world.
I've been using this site for a couple of weeks now, so it seems rude not to introduce myself.
