Thought this was worth sharing...

It's like eating marshmellows...which I tend to adore...these don't have too many calories...or 'bad' dubious ingredients though...

Ingredients you’ll need…

Whip up your two pasteurized egg whites:

Dissolve gelatine in 125 ml of 'cold' tea; stir and begin to heat (just enough to get warm) add in xanthum gum.
Place in freezer for several minutes - making sure it doesn't 'set up' though...

Add in Stevia and Vanilla to gelatin mixture. Turn egg whites back on in the mixer and incorporate in the gelatin mixture.

Added(with the mixer) in 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries and blueberries:

Pour into 8x8 pan or just leave in the bowl. Chill in fridge for 1.5 hours...

2 egg whites (32 Cal)
stevia or alternative (0 Cal)
1 g Xantham Gum (3C)
Brewed 'fruity' herbal tea - cooled (0 c)
1/2 c of frozen fruit(40 c)
1 pkg. of gelatin (24 c)
.5 tsp. vanilla essence (5 c)
