hay HAY hay - i'm a 'wannabe' vegan - can anyone recommend good hilly "soft" trails for joggin' / hikin' and walkin' in and around vancouver? i like stanley park but am looking to expand - i don't like hard asphalt (sp) or just straight flat surface running...thx!
