Using the app to log my foods, i noticed that my macros and micros have an initial target and when i add in my exercise, those targets change... Is that normal? Tx

Macros are calculated as a percent of total calories. So, when you log exercise it recalculates your daily calories based on how many you burned from exercise. Since the calories change, the macros change as well.0
