Why hello onederland it's been awhile hasn't it???

I hit a major goal!!!! I weighed in at 199.3 today. The first time I've been under 200 since the mid 90's!!!! And I'm wearing size 12 pants and large shirts. Yes I am tall I'm around 5' 9 1/2" to 5 '10". My weight lose has been slow and steady for the most part until I started running a few months ago which has really accelerated it . I started my journey of counting calories and working out 6 days a week in February of 2010 and to date have lost 60.7 pounds.
