Hi I am new!

After being obese most of my adult life, I got to my heaviest after having my 4th child. Depression and anxiety had numbed me to everything else and before I noticed I was over 300lbs. Thanks to a great friend I got help for the depression and anxiety, but those meds, made me gain more. After a fitness event at my kids school I decided enough was enough. I started walking and greatly reduced carbs and sugar. The next month I started doing a bootcamp class 3 days a week and jogging 2 more days. I gave up all processed carbs, sugar, and dairy. I have now lost about 65lbs.
