Hot yoga, 30 day shred, and smaller portions?

Hi! I haven't been able to lose weight for months and I haven't exactly put my all in but I've been trying quite a bit by working out 6x a week and eating within my calories. I usually weight train 2x a week and cardio 4x. I just love cardio. Nothing has been working and I feel like even though I stayed the same weight, I lost muscle and gained fat ever since switching to vegetarianism and not getting enough protein (because I wasn't trying, I think vegetarians get plenty of protein and it's no excuse.) so I was gonna start up hot yoga 2x a week and maybe also do 30 day shred for a month and eat smaller portions. Thoughts?

How many calories do you eat now? And do you weigh and measure everything?0

Usually around 1500. I do measure everything but I was actually thinking of not counting this month and going by eating whenever I'm hungry. Sometimes I find that I have a spare few hundred calories and I'm not hungry but eat them anyway0

Make a chart and daily routine for your eating. Follow this routine and try to not eat in wrong times. Habit of eating several times is not good for health.0

Your whole routine and exercise plan is really nice that's why you are very fit, hot yoga is very good for a person to loose weight, you can loose so much of weight in 30 days and release extra calories from your body.0
