I took a gym break and during that break, I ate pretty bad. I calculated that I consumed a net plus 6000 more calories over the weekend. However, when I weighed myself, I am roughly the same usually weight at the start of the week. I am not complaining but wondering what is going on.

Happened to me multiple times. I'd be watching calories then go away for a weekend eating and drinking anything and come back to a loss. Not sure why though.0
