Firstly good morning.
Im new here and thought id introduce myself. My name is James and I'm 20 years old from Cardiff, Wales, UK.
I decided to join up so i can keep track of my overall goal which is weight gain. Seems to be an good app and i hope it serves me well, thats pretty much it for now so thank you and have a nice day.
