Can anyone help me. I need to know why is it when i take a break from my running schedule i look more bigger. If i exercise i eat back the calories i deficit. And when i have my break days, i eat the recommened amt. of calories to lose weight. And when i say bloated, i dont mean muscle >.>
My running schedule is as follows.
Monday, Tuesday
Break: Wednesday
Thursday, Friday
Break :Saturday
Sunday
Then i repeat.

That bloating is not fat gain, if that's what you are worried about.
When you exercise, you lose a lot of water which is why it is recommended to drink water before, during, and after exercise to replenish what you are losing while working out.
Make sure that you are drinking ample water everyday, and try to limit your sodium intake. Don't worry about the bloating, though, because you are NOT gaining fat on those days. It is just water weight.
That's also why most people weigh themselves in the morning...the water weight is typically accrued throughout the day, so right when you wake up you are the most dehydrated which means you will weigh a pound or 2 less.0
