Helllllo! I have a question for anyone who knows the answer. Before I got pregnant I was always a very proportioned person. Now my stomach is huge. I had her 6 months ago... almost, but it doesn't seem like my belly is changing. It sits lower than it ever did before and it seems bigger. Does this lower/bigger belly.thing ever change? Its very discouraging.

The weight gained from having a baby typically does distend the stomach, and that almost always becomes a personal trouble spot.

Just treat it as such. We all have trouble spots that go away last...

If you keep eating right, drinking plenty of water, and exercise, it will go away. Make sure that you are doing cardio workouts to reduce your body fat, and also add some strength training to strengthen the muscles. When the muscles are strong and lean, they burn more fat and can really change your appearance. Someone who is a size 4 with lots of muscle looks a lot different than someone who is a size 4 but only dieted and has mushy body parts.
