Man face comparison, 21lbs difference.

I've never posted in the success board other than to congratulate others, I see my proper Before & After a quite a way away, but felt I could certainly shove this one in. Been about a year, got heavier then got lighter, really didn't quite apply myself as much as I should have, but saw this pic the other day from some cameras tests I was doing, def noticed a difference in face shape!

Sorry just a facial!

    very similar to the same differences I experienced going from 230ish to 200ish. Your head is less fat, doesn't push out your ears like before, your jawline has chizzled up, your cheeks are smaller...you probably changed a full helmet size.

    Nice change, I just took another selfie for my profile pic here, I hadn't taken any for comparison since I started.
    The difference is huge if you don't compare for months at a time, 90lbs down and I had no idea how much I'd changed. I won't post it here but it's in my profile pics for comparison if anyone is interested...

    Yeah I think its most noticeable on my face, shame it isn't belly that goes first rather than last!
