    mixed grip works for me.

    you might also try hooked grip.

    also i find that i sometimes reach stages where my grip fails, miserably on weights that i could easily grip earlier. and that my hands become super sore (i got it at 135 and feel i;m close to getting it at 205). that usually means i need to take a week or so off from lifting and give my joints and connective tissue a chance to heal
