I have used other sites for counting calories before but I really like what I see of this one. I don't have lots left to lose but need that reminder that others are fighting the same battle I am. Practicing self-control lately doesn't seem to be working like I know it should or can! I am exercising faithfully - 3 to 5 days a week - but not eating the way I should. Tracking calories works best for me... when I stick to it!
