It's a spice blend usually consisting of salt, chili pepper, red pepper, paprika, onion and garlic. I know that McCormick makes some, and that brand is usually available at most stores. If you can't find it, there are several recipes online to help you make your own.What is Blackend seasoning? I haven't heard or seen it before...is it readily available in any grocery store?
