Hello :D!

I recently made an introduction a few days before but I decided to delete that account and start a new one today because this is the week that I'm formally starting my plan to lose weight. (diet + regular cardio). I only started with the diet last week and ever since, I've lost around 6 lbs (I think it's the water weight).

Now that I'm almost finished with college, I decided to lose weight. I've always thought that it'll be impossible to lose weight for me but then again, how can that be possible if I'm not doing anything at all. Other factor/s that helped me decide to do it now is knowing about the health benefits that it'll contribute when I achieve my goal and of course, to look better and be able to enjoy life more.

I'm 5'6 and I currently weigh 204 lbs. I'm trying to lose 55-60 lbs. Nice to meet you all :happy: !
