Asian Chicken Thighs

6 skinless chicken thighs
6 TBS Ken's Asian Sesame, Ginger & Soy lite dressing
1/4 tsp Zatarain's Creole Seasoning
2 tsp coconut oil

Skin and wash chicken, pat dry. Season with creole seasoning and brown in skillet with coconut oil. Place thighs in covered casserole dish and put 1 TBS of dressing on each thigh spreading evenly. Cover and cook 350 for one hour, reduce to 325 and cook another hour.

You will be surprised how great this simple dish tastes.
