When you bulk you're going to gain some fat no matter what. A few bits of advise to limit it:
1. Eat a larger portion of your calories around when you work out/before bed/when you wake up and fast slightly during the day. This will ensure your body has adequate nutrition to repair itself and boost metabolism.
2. Learn your body and what nutrients it responds best to at what times.
3. Eat whole foods that have quality calories-skip the mickey d's and eat more animals.
4. Include quality protein with every meal and don't be afraid of healthy fats like coconut oil and avocado-these will actually increase your fat burn and give you better nutrient absorption.
5. If you want to gain 3.2 lbs of lean muscle in 8 weeks i'd plan on gaining 1 lb of fat with that and you will lose some muscle when you cut back down.
Good luck and add me if you'd like.0
