Here I am, again.

In January to the end of March I was able to lose close to 20lbs, then 1 trip sent me back to bad eating, but worse was an unhealthy amount of beer. I've since then gained nearly all of the weight back, mostly from drinking 4 days a week. When I lost I would let myself drink as much as I wanted on fridays and that was all. I'm going back to that. I've been paying for the gym since then, I haven't been since april, what a waste of money. I will be going this evening. Luckily I've befriended a fitness nut where him and his wife are in amazing shape. Keeping my wife on track will be important too, we never lose or workout well if its only one of us doing it. Wish me luck! Support will be needed!
