This is my second attempt with MFP in a lifelong battle with my weight. I was pretty successful last time but got comfortable and decided I " didn't need to track everything" What a mistake! If you are new to MFP don't take your eye off the ball, it will be your undoing.
This time around I'm not worrying too much about what I eat, I know what I like and if i want it and don't have it its just going to make me crabby and that's not good for anyone. So I eat whatever feels good, most often that is something really healthy but sometimes it's a pint of lemon sorbet. I just make sure I don't exceed my calorie limit...no matter what. I weigh in only once a week and every week, I've lost a few pounds.
One Day & One Pound at a time! I'm done dietling.
