Hello - I need to lose 75 lbs :(

My MD sent me here awhile back so now I'm here to stay. My plan is counting calories and exercising.

I was recently prescribed an anti-depressant and I've read horror stories about weight gain so I figured my best bet would be to record everything I eat and make a more conscious effort to exercise so I won't become one of those horror stories.
