Well I just returned from vacation and discovered a small setback (+2lbs) which seemed to have undone the prior month's worth of weight loss efforts :embarassed:

To my fantastic surprise, this morning while dressing for work, I pulled out a pair of "safe" fat pants, knowing they would fit. Well, they were a bit baggy, so I reached for a *smaller* pair (that I haven't been able to fit in ages).

Small, but really great, victory today What's yours?

Same thing. This morning I grabbed a dress for work that I have not worn in a year (as I put on enough pounds that it looked, well.....not so good) Today it fit fabulously and I feel wonderful in it! (those gained pounds are now gone by the way)
