Random scale question

OK, I am having trouble with my scale (which I bought years ago but rarely used because I don't like to weigh myself at home). It is a Taylor digital fat-analyzing scale. I know that these scales aren't perfect, but I also know that I am losing fat and I need somehow to give myself a feel for how well I am doing that so I don't get discouraged when my body doesn't change the way I want to.

Does anyone here have a scale like this? And if so, how do you get it to do the fat analysis part. I weigh myself and wait for the rest to happen and nothing does. I pressed a button the other day (the "set" button I think) and then it did my body fat measurement, but now I cannot replicate that process again.

Thoughts? Suggestions? I could attempt to track down the owner's manual online (mine is long gone), but I figured in the time it took me to do that about 170 of you would have the correct answer for me!

I suggest you ignore the body fat part. It's so inaccurate it's useless.

I would try to get a copy of the manual. I don't have that brand but my body fat scale requires me to enter my sex, height, and age in order to check the body fat. It saves it and then I have to press a button to get into that mode the next time I want it to check my body fat. I am thinking that you might have to go through a similar set up.
