What to search for when I do cardio to add calories burned.

I have been on MFP for about a month. I started out walking then moved on to Zumba for exercising. I have recently added in Fitness Blender cardio videos and 30 day shred videos to my workout. When I go into MFP to figure up how many calories I have lost during a workout I can't seem to find anything under those names. What should I search for when adding my workout into my MFP diary? Thanks so much!
