Milestone: Into "healthy" BMI range

I crossed over from "overweight" to "healthy" today, after crossing over from "obese" to "overweight" at the very beginning of April. I know BMI is subjective as a individual metric, but it's still a huge milestone, and actually corresponds quite nicely to waist-height ratio for me.

I was concerned that I would mentally feel that I was "done" at this point, when I've not yet reached my weight loss milestone (another 10 lbs before I start slowly adding calories to my intake, and then additional 7-10 lbs before I reach where I think I want my weight to stay, at least at the moment). Thankfully, I'm not feeling that.

I'm actually more pleased that I'm not feeling "done yet" than I am about having a "healthy" BMI, even though I haven't been there for 10 years.

Onward and downward!

Congrats! Great work! Keep it up!

It felt pretty good to go from the obese category to the overweight category for me. I can't wait to make it to the healthy/normal category as well.
