Post Concussion Syndrome and muscle weakness

Anyone here had the unfortunate luck to experience post concussion syndrome? How long did the symptoms last for you personally if so? I had taken a fairly gnarly bonk to the head nearly 7 months ago and its definitely affected my muscle strength This is actually something i've spoken to my doctor about and im currently seeing a neurologist for possible low grade CSF leak and a neuropsychologist for cognitive therapy for aphasia (expressive aphasia, mostly confined to verbal communication) but muscle weakness isn't really anything they seem to discuss other than it will improve
( I have had complete cbc, metabolic and lipid panels and cholesterol aside my panels are well within the healthy guidelines I am eating enough and receiving the proper nutrients according to my doc ). Apparently muscle weakness is not all that uncommon with head injuries. I am hoping some of you here had experienced (well maybe not a great way to put it but as you can see above, words are definitely not my strong suit under the circumstances heh) But how long did it take for you to regain your strength if you did ever? Like my normal work out that over time became rather simple for me pre-concussion became rather physically stressful post concussion and I cant seem to build my body back up to the point where like holding chair pose or plank isn't difficult ( i don't give up and keep trying regardless).
Not looking for medical expertise but input from others that have experienced or still experiencing this problem from a non clinical stand point
