Hi all .. looking for friends to support each other on this journey...diary needs to be open..kinda pointless otherwise eh!? Ive been dieting all my life...did manage to loose weight at onepoint but delevoped an eating disorder ..so after therapy ...Ive put on near 3st...and the heaviest ive been in my life....Im also in my 40's and feel if I don't get the weight off now im going to die having never really been happy in my own skin...anyway..enough about me...would love to meet new people and hear your stories..Thanks for reading..Doe X
