Smoothie recipes/ideas.

Hi everyone :D

I'm wondering does anyone have any low sugar breakfast smoothie ideas please?

I'm not able to eat breakfast until after 10a.m because usually eating anything before that makes me gag :( even if I am actually hungry, Someone at the fitness centre I go to suggested a low sugar smoothie instead.

Are you looking for a green smoothie with mostly veggies or a fruit smoothie with no added sugar?

    My favorite green smoothie:

    1C spinach
    1/2C almond milk

(Blend these two together first to make a base)

Add: 1/2 of a fresh peach (frozen works well too)
    1/2C blueberries (fresh or frozen)
    1/4 of a small cucumber
a sprig or two of fresh mint

It's less than 150 calories, and SO refreshing

Hello.....I have received some great ideas of smoothies from Pinterest. You might also obtain info from The Overnight Diet website. She has several recipes. Good luck!

I eat 100g raspberries with either 100g strawberries or 100g peaches + 1.5 scoops of vanilla protein powder nearly every day. I don't track sugar, though - just the macros. It's got more protein than carbs which is my requirement!

It comes in between 250 and 275 calories depending on what I use and if I go slightly over on the fruit weight. It takes me an age to drink (because I use a straw probably) and I am full until lunch.
