Morning All,
Just wanted to know if anyone knows if Boots scales
are accurate? Unfortunately I missed my weigh in at my class yesterday and decided to go to Boots and it was a greater loss than I had expected?
Thanks x

Scales will often vary slightly, so it's best to stick to the same one if you can (and same clothing or none, same amount of food eaten before hand, or none). There are two sets of scales in my house and I tested them a while ago, stepped on one, then on the other immediately after and there was a 2lb difference. Neither one is wrong per say, it's just the variation that can happen.0

No two scales will ever weigh the same. Weigh yourself every week on the same scale under identical conditions (time of day, clothes, food, water, stool & urine), and look for a downward trend. Weight loss is not linear, so take photos & measurements, too.
