Hello everybody. My name is Renato, 33 years old father of a 3 years old and married to a great woman!

Not going to lie, I am trying to stay motivated... I started running again over a week ago, i am doing at least 3 miles a day 5 times a week at an average pace of less than 10 min/mile.

I have been visiting this website for the past few months and decided to go ahead and join it, should be fun!

BTW I use the Nike running app and if anybody wants to add me as a friend my username is Renato Marin.

I have not used a forum in sooooo long that I even forgot how to introduce myself...
