Ello there strangers

Hey, my name is Sabrina and I recently enlisted into the army, I leave on Oct. 20th and hope to be shredded by that time :P This website seemed like a good way to stay on track and I was hoping to meet some new people who hold similar interests or workout mindsets as me.
my workout ethic usually consists of intense cardio and lovely circuits/ strength training. the more they hurt the better! if anybody has good exercises or would like help forming one then please feel free to message me!
um, not sure what else to write... so I hope we can be friends :)



p.s. in case you were curious my MOS, or job, in the army is going to be 13M otherwise known as Multiple Launch Rocket System Crewmember!

    i recently fell in love with les mills body pump classes. they teach them at my gym (golds).

    its like a mix of cardio and weight training... kicks my butt but i love it.

    oooo that sounds fun! Do you think there are any videos of it? my gym doesn't have that class
    I've recently started piyo and have been thinking of trying out Zumba (even though i'm a horrible dancer)
