My Daily Shake

This helped me lose the 33 pounds!!! I use it sometimes 2 times a day. Is best after your evening workout. Fills me up everytime.

Goto Trader Joe's and get the following

1 banana
1 cup of organic frozen fruit (ie: mango chunks,blueberries,rasberries)
4 tablespoons of Trader Joe's Organic Hemp Protein Powder
1 cup of raw baby spinach leaves or more
2 tablespoons of Bob's Flaxseed Meal
1 tablespoon of almond butter/ or 1 tablespoon of organic virgin coconut oil
water to your liking
Blend

this will fill you up and good for you, tasty as well!

    Sounds great.. about how many calories does that turn out to be? I haven't tried shakes yet but I'm curious....

    It's about 500 calories or less. But all the ingredients are good for you and when working out this is a great benefit to your health. All natural.

    Hmmm...What if you don't have a Trader Joe's? I imagine most of the stuff is available, but what about the Protien Powder?

    The Organic Hemp Protein Powder can be purchased at any health food store in your area. Just compare as some brands have less sugar and carbs then others. Good Luck!

    spinach is interesting! Only issue I have is that the coconut oil solidifies when it gets cold and I love to have my shakes semi frozen like a slushee.
