bummed a lil

Morning guys , how y'all doing ?
I got my hands on a scale tdy N the results didn't shock me really :"\
I gained one Kg :\ !!
I admit that I didn't stick with the diet that I follow , I cheated N now the guilt feeling is kicking in :\
I need to lose at least sth between 2-3 kgs this week to make up for it :D
I know some of you might say that 2 kg is too much in a week , but am already 40kg+ overweight so it should be fairly easy to lose this amount of weight without any trouble :)))
Need a lil motivation N someone to smack me when I think about cookies n Fried chicken nuggets ._.

    You just need to be serious and self accountable. No one will do it for you, long term consistency is key, slipping up 10% isn't too detrimental if you're in it for the long haul.
