Morning guys , how y'all doing ?
I got my hands on a scale tdy N the results didn't shock me really :"\
I gained one Kg

I admit that I didn't stick with the diet that I follow , I cheated N now the guilt feeling is kicking in![:\ :\](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/confused.png)
I need to lose at least sth between 2-3 kgs this week to make up for it![:D :D](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/lol.png)
I know some of you might say that 2 kg is too much in a week , but am already 40kg+ overweight so it should be fairly easy to lose this amount of weight without any trouble

You just need to be serious and self accountable. No one will do it for you, long term consistency is key, slipping up 10% isn't too detrimental if you're in it for the long haul.0
