I am making homemade macaroni and cheese tonight. The problem is that it is homemade so how am I supposed to know how many calories, fat, carbs, sodium, etc. are in it?? I see that some people added their homemade recipes to the database. How did you all find out the nutrition facts of your meal?

under the tools tab there is a recipe calculator. you can find all your ingredients and put them all together, then you will have the nutrition facts based on the individual ingredients.0

go to the recipe adder and put in all the components that you use to make it. Then just note how many servings it makes and the recipe thing will tell you how much is in each serving0

The thing with homemade stuff is that you have to enter in every ingredient. Then you can add it to your meals for future reference if you'd like.0
