Advice for workout after being sick...

So i had a stomach virus from sunday morning til tuesday. yesterday i still ate very basic white bread and apples to keep things down. Today i am eating lightly but from all food groups except dairy. I would like to try to do a light workout but was thinking maybe just a light walk on the treadmill.. Am i babying myself too much? SHould i try for more? I will not need to work off calories today, but my fat will be over. Thoughts?
