Polynesian Dance??

Hey MFPers! Just took at look at my gym's class schedule and I see they're offering "Polynesian Dance". I'm addicted to Zumba, so I was looking for something kinda like it. LOL. Anyone ever taken anything like this? What's it like?!

    polynesia consists of over 1,000 islands in the pacific ocean (including hawaii, tonga, samoa, and new zealand). so, the dancing styles vary significantly, but i'm guessing the class offers a version of hula. i would totally check out that class if i were you!

    I'm Polynesian and the dancing is very fun! I wish they offered something like that at my gym. I think you might enjoy it :)
