Resetting Your Body

I was doing absolutely amazing January-mid April losing weight and getting healthy. I don't know why I constantly do this to myself, but I sabatoge myself EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. I reach one big goal and then slack and I generally eat healthy, just eat too big of portion. I count calories, I try to get in cardio, and I KNOW I could drop another 10 pounds generally easy (and WANT TO), but it never happens.
So the past month I have been slacking more and I'm at a point where I'm getting close to the flashing red danger lights. I need to reset my eating habits and it needs to be ASAP, or I'm going to start gaining weight.
Any suggestions for someone hard headed like me to be able to accomplish this? Any types of foods that help?

    so "reset" them.

You either want to or you don't.

It's that simple you make the choice and do it. No special foods, no tricks, no pills...

As for the exercise...you "try" to get into cardio...find something you love to do...and then there is no try it's just done.

I lift 3x a week and very very rarely do I take a day off because "I don't feel like it"...and there are days I don't feel like it...ie last friday but I did it anyway because I knew I would feel great afterwards.

    This.

I can be unhappy for an hour doing something I didn't really feel like doing or I can be unhappy the rest of the day because I didn't do it. Even on the not-so-good days, once it's behind me, the fact that I did it makes the rest of the day better.
