iphone podcast problems

Hi, just wanted to know whether anybody has problems with listening to their podcasts without having to use wifi/data.

Its only just recently happened when I updated it. I had lots of them downloaded and was able to listen to them, now they are all blanked out with the icloud symbol next to it and can only listen when data is on, which is rubbish

anyone else had the same problem and did you fix it
