what u need

1/2 cup of grated parmasan I used the 3 cheese blend..YUMMY
1 oz of italian dressing mix.... i used italian dressing...(u would get more coting with using packet)
6 boneless chicken breast.... I USED 3 big ones with the dressing

preheat oven 400

in shallow dish mix the two together, wet chicken dip both sides

place chicken on nonstick pan or spay pan....

bake 20-25 min...

AWSOME DISH

224 cal, 38 g protein, 2g carbs, 6 g fat, 3 g sat 102 mg cholesterol 635 sodium

IF you try it.. i have it under HOMEMADE EASY parmasean garlic chicken

ENJOY its super moist and yummy
