Cellulite - skin:

Exercising and eating well is the first step to having a toned body. I try to eat clean as much as possible with a minimal amount of processed foods.

Does anyone have suggestions or advice regarding super foods that could help keep the skin toned and cellulite free (as much as possible)?

I am convinced that our bodies reflect what we use to nourish it. So every time we eat, let’s take the opportunity nourish our bodies!!!
