Tough Mountain Challenge anyone?

Has anyone done the Tough Mountain challenge at Sunday River in Maine? I'm doing it in 2 weeks with my sister-in-law and am starting to freak out a little. This will be my 3rd mud run, but it looks to be much more hard core than the others I've done. Did you love it? Hate it? Are the snow machine water guns as horrible as they say they are? Are goggles necessary? How long did it take you to complete it? Any tips? Thanks in advance.
