2 Protein Shake 1 Chicken Salad Diet

Hi I am posting as I am wanting to start this quick fix diet. So basically I will be having 1 protein shake for breakfast 1 protein shake for lunch and a chicken salad for dinner. The diet also states I can have an apple or a small portion of cottage cheese as a snack if really needed. (I am currently on day 2)
So I am 5ft1 and currently 128lb. Earlier on in the year I had lost just over half a stone from healthy eating and exercise. Unfortunately it started to creep back up and I am back to square 1 again. I am set to go on vacation in a few week so before I get a lecture on how this is unhealthy I only plan on doing it for around 7 to 10 days as a quick fix and then slowly bring in healthy meals to try and keep weight off. I will be doing an insanity class twice a week and the 30 day shred on most days at home.
So I was just wondering if anyone else has done a similar diet with meal replacement shakes as a kick start and what there results where like... or has anyone else tried this diet with/without exercise. Or does anyone have a rough idea from the details given how much I can expect to loose in 10 days?
Thanks

Skip all that and "bring in healthy meals" now. Anything that is a "quick fix" and/or limits you to an extremely small subset of allowed foodstuff, just sets off warning bells of "unsustainable weight loss".
There is no "quick fix". Fad diets are not the way to go. Longterm adherence to healthy eating habits are.0 -
