    I like to make a big pot of Steel cut oats on sunday and refridgerate it. Then in the morning measure out a portion add some almond milk and warm up in the microwave! For extra protein add a scoop of protein powder, I make a side of egg whites with mine :)

    this sounds good although I have no idea what steel cut oats are, or how to make :-)

    Greek yogurt mixed with protein powder is really good too. It's like pudding.

    thanks for the tip! I eat Greek yogurt every afternoon as my snack. Its only giving me 14grams of protein, would be awesome to add to this!

    Switch off oatmeal :) Greek yogurt topped with some raw oats, dried fruit, and nuts has tons of protein and requires no prep.

    I already eat this everyday for my snacks.

    You could buy the high protein one and then add pb2 to it
