What gives? how can I be under on calories and still over on the nutrients?

    when you do it gives you more calories but no more carbs/protein/fat/sodium etc

    Fiber is counted in your grams of carbs but some times have no caloric value because they aren't absorbed into the body. Plus if you calculate calories per serving based on grams of protein, carbs, and fat, it doesn't alway match the stated number of calores. Both of these can attribute to the discrepancy.

    I figure I'll just try to keep it under the total calories and I'll be okay!
