Still Losing

I have not posted much and I will admit I don't log my food as religiously as I used to. Basically I have changed my habits and what I eat so much it doesn't seem all that necessary. Better choices, smaller portions, and tons of exercise and water are my daily routine. I made it thru the 30 Day Ab Challenge and am now doing the Ab and Squat Challenge, plus I joined a friend's Crossfit Gym. He is kicking my tail!! But I am determined. Prior to church camp I hit my 25lb loss mark, and I have lost a total of 11 inches. Woohoo!!! Weight check in a couple of days. Honestly I was afraid the camp food may have stalled me but even a sprained ankle after getting run over by two wagons did not keep me down. That's a story in itself. Let's just say my kiddos had an awesome story to tell when we got home. lol. How is everyone else doing and are any of you doing these 30 day challenges?
