Is there such a beast? I LOVE granola, but it is so darn high in calorie for such a small portion. Does anyone know of a "lite" or low cal granola?

you could make your own. its natural and homemade. there are tons of recipes online for yummy granola, and you can pretty much add whatever you'd like, but just be sure to limit those add-ins because that's where the calories are :P0
