I've just signed up to do a kettlebell class but I am a total beginner to any kind of weights and it seems quite advanced. What can I expect?

Be ready to take it slow for the first while and focus on form...it's real easy to hurt yourself if you're not doing it right, but when you are doing it right it will kick your *kitten*!0 -
It really does depend on the trainer and the class, but don't worry about your lack of experience, just start off with a lighter weight. The trainer should take the time to show you the moves with good form.0
