to those who measure out their serving sizes without a scale- do you ever feel that the 'servings per container' are super, super inaccurate?
i've always suspected this, but i really paid attention these past few weeks. and there is usually always less in a container than it says.
for example, this container of salsa claims to have 9 servings of 2 tablespoons, yet after a mere 6 servings of level (not heaping, leveled out) tablespoons it's totally gone
uncool, label, uncool.

That's one of the reasons weighing is so important.0

Yes, I weigh everything, as well. One of the biggest eye openers since joining MFP was seeing what an actual serving really was. Get a scale. They are cheap and so important.0

Yes, there can be more or less in the package!
I am a big proponent of using a food scale all the time. I have the Eat Smart Precision Pro scale and it's held up for four years so far. It was between $20 and $25 and worth every penny!0
