Starting, stopping, starting, stopping...WTF?

Hello to everyone!
I am a pretty consistent lurker on MFP, but the time has come for me to ask for help. :sad:
How do I stay motivated day in and day out? How did any of you find what worked for you? And most importantly, stay consistently motivated? I am overwhelmed with low carb, ketogenic, eat-anything-that-you-want, but just stay in your calorie goal, heavy lifting is the key to fat loss, etc, etc, etc, ahhhhhhh!!!!!!!!
